Altacasa reinvents the second home ownership.
We allow our clients to purchase shares in beautiful homes, and to enjoy it prorata to their number of shares. For a fraction of the price, they become owners of a dream second home.
We provide a smart algorithm to ensure fair and equitable booking rules and manage the entire house and co-ownership for them (renovation, interior design, cleaning, maintenance, …). All they have to do is enjoy!
We are a team of 15 people, aiming to recruit 50 persons in 2022.
MISSION
As an Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge of finding beautiful homes for our clients. You will focus on South of France, especially Côte d’Azur, Provence, Côte Basque, Landes, Alpes.
Your missions will be:
- Continuously analyze the real estate market and identify new opportunities through any sources (online websites, agents, direct sellers, off-market opportunities, developers, …)
- Develop and maintain a network of local agents, broker and other partners to drive the supply pipeline
- Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new real estate opportunities
- Use local real estate knowledge and a network of contacts to source developers and real estate owners
- Become an expert at pipeline management while ensuring full compliance with our procedures and criterias
- Foster community relations and present the value and benefits of partnering with Altacasa while enhancing public image
- Visit houses, do reports and participate actively in Investment Committee meetings
- Analyse and prepare opportunity analysis and investment memos using market data (surveys, comparables, public data, etc.)
You will report to our Head of Real Estate France.
