Altacasa reinvents the second home ownership.

We allow our clients to purchase shares in beautiful homes, and to enjoy it prorata to their number of shares. For a fraction of the price, they become owners of a dream second home.

We provide a smart algorithm to ensure fair and equitable booking rules and manage the entire house and co-ownership for them (renovation, interior design, cleaning, maintenance, …). All they have to do is enjoy!

We are a team of 15 people, aiming to recruit 50 persons in 2022.

Altacasa is launching a national recruitment campaign for a unique position: Chief Experience Officer (CEO).

The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the experiences offered, and will experience the exceptional properties before handing over the keys to Altacasa customers, checking that everything is up to standard: a living room perfect for relaxing in front of an open fire, a kitchen equipped to make you want to become a chef, a bathroom where you can lounge for hours, a dining room that makes you want to organise banquets, bedrooms that make you want to sleep in, a magnificent garden that makes you want to live in the middle of nature, funny and intelligent games for the children, etc.

Your job will be to ensure that the house is absolutely perfect, that nothing is missing, and that our suppliers did perfectly their job as well.

On a regular basis, you will have to tell on social media how you are living this incredible experience, what is your daily life.

• The French art of living is second nature to you: you love beautiful stones and gardens, you have a keen sense of aesthetics, you have a taste for literature and you are sensitive to the arts of the table.
• Sharp: you have an eye for detail. You leave nothing to chance and are committed to operational excellence.
• Chameleon: you know how to put yourself in the position of all our personas (family, friends, children, young and old, etc.). You are able to experience in a short time what our personas will experience in a year.
• Digital native: you have a perfect command of the digital world: social networks, lives, reels, blogs, etc. and know how to promote yourself via these communication channels.
• Creative: you like to tell stories, you have a pen and you are able to write daily texts to explain what you do, experience, feel. You know and like how to make beautiful photos and videos to illustrate your words.
