Altacasa reinvents the second home ownership.
We allow our clients to purchase shares in beautiful homes, and to enjoy it prorata to their number of shares. For a fraction of the price, they become owners of a dream second home.
We provide a smart algorithm to ensure fair and equitable booking rules and manage the entire house and co-ownership for them (renovation, interior design, cleaning, maintenance, …). All they have to do is enjoy!
We are a team of 15 people, aiming to recruit 50 persons in 2022.
MISSION
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. You will leverage analytics to drive growth and efficiency. As a Data Scientist, you will be in charge of:
- Define and Develop Key Business Metrics. You’ll collaborate with business partners to define metrics for acquisition, sales, operations, and revenue related initiatives
- On real estate acquisition, gather and analyse internal and external information to ensure we buy the best houses at the best price
- On operational efficiency, gather and analyse data from all our providers and our customer service to make sure we deliver the best service at the best internal cost
- On sales and marketing analyse internal data to improve our lead acquisition strategy, our funnel and more generally our growth efficiency
- Build and Manage Executive-Facing Dashboards. You’ll own compelling dashboards and automated reporting that will drive actionable insights to leadership and track progress towards our goals.
- Serve as a Cross-Functional Data Subject Matter Expert. You’ll provide key research and analysis to track trends and support continued refinement of acquisition, sales and operations strategy.
- You will report to our CPO, and be part of an international team.
